Orchard Cottage – Eden Valley

Orchard Cottage is a cosy 400 year old beamed cottage slocated in the quiet village of Bolton, near Appleby, tucked away in the tranquil Eden Valley. The location is ideal for either walking or touring the Eden Valley, or you can take a short drive to Ullswater, the nearest lake in the Lake District. The Yorkshire Dales, Pennines, Hadrian’s Wall and the Scottish borders are all within easy driving distance making this an ideal base for getting out and about.

There are attractive gardens to the front and rear and a parking area in front of the house. The beamed lounge / dining room has a colour television and is comfortably furnished. There is a real fire with coal and logs provided. The kitchen is well equipped (with an electric cooker, fridge & microwave) and leads out onto a lovely patio area with garden furniture.
